"Learn the Lunch"
Compared the taste of brown rice with 3 different ways of cooking -
cooked in a pressure cooker, an electric rice cooker and an earthen pot.
My favorite was pot version.
Another menu:
Sukiyaki style of wheat bran, Miso soup, Sesame salt,
Pickles of Daikon "Takuan",
and Plum vinegar jelly & 3 years coarse tea as dessert.
